Here is my new character that was supposed to be an otter, but turned into a bit more. His name is pronounced "A-vein". I am thinking of calling his species Temprid... But he has an otter like body and tail, small vestigial dragon wings (too small to actually use for flight). He is now completely blind, but was born able to see. The belt on his tail is never supposed to come off (like the rest of the species) His flesh glows blue, and his hair and antlers resemble rare metals. His tatoo and necklace are all his own; not all of the species have tattoos or extra accessories! xD

I will post info on the species if anyone is interested in making/ getting one...
