Kakashi took Shin out for a dinner date at Ichiraku ramen for their first date and saw him do that for the first time - Shin has absolutely no shame about this sort of thing because it IS kinda uncontrollable and him at his core anyway. Somehow that became even MORE endearing than Shin already was to him
