I've been learning Inkscape and the Ink/Stitch addon for the past couple years bc paid machine embroidery software is pricey! Ink/Stitch has been making constant improvements and is still free, so I don't feel bad about the time sink! I learned a LOT through refining this design (and much of it was scary hoping the needle didn't break tbh)! I originally thought it would be rad to make badges this way, but I'm not sure it's cost effective.

This is a 4 x 4" patch designed on denim (old jeans) done by my entry level Brother SE625 (sewing/embroidery machine).
