He's a Cram-o-matic with arms and a rubber suit full of slime. Without the suit he has tendril legs like a freak, and his wings have soft paddings on the palms for comfort reasons. The dial can change the digestion rates and intensity, and he streams on twitch.
Canonically he's Kevin's roommate who only eats him to get more views and subs with his "tummy cam" but in no way feels any need for a relationship or sexual relief. The man is content being the influencer he is. He however is very sensitive about the suits, he keeps them all in pristine shape in his closet because it's the only way he can even do his gimmicks or even walk around at a height beyond 6ft tall.

Outside of twitch he does have a hobby of just sitting around without the suit on so he can enjoy the surroundings of their house, but it's awkward eating without the suit because it exposes a hole where the entrance of his gut would have been with it on. In other words, can't do vore without a suit.
