This is one of the most difficult images and scenes I've ever worked with. This is just the rough WIP so it's very sloppy so far and I have limited skill with perspective drawng. Anyone with advanced skills concerning background perspective drawing is welcome to redline the background if you see I need some help.

Bremedr the Blue Dragon got himself caught by King Illias, and Illias is the vengeful type. Those aren't ropes holding down Bremedr, they are steel cables, which would be much stronger than chains. Bremedr's appearance has changed a lot through the concepts but I'm finally satisfied with his appearance. This story is based in a somewhat medieval steam punk setting, so there is some technology.
