Agusta Westland Wildcat, that is. Obviously, that’s what I meant… ;-p
The Wildcat is an improved version of the Westland Lynx, and has been in service with the British Army since 2012, and with the Royal Navy since 2016. Two variants of the helicopter exist, with one used by the Army Air Corps (the AH1) and the other used by the Fleet Air Arm (the HMA2), and both used on occasion by the UK’s special forces. Pictured here is the HMA2 variant, defined by the large round radar array under its snoot. That snoot, by the way, is an optical sensor used to guide its weapons, and as an attack helicopter, the Wildcat has many. In an anti-surface warfare role, the Wildcat can be armed with torpedoes, depth charges, air-to-sea missiles, and machine guns. Boop snoot at your own risk.
Hope you enjoy!
