As long as I had K-O staying with me due to Downtown Fest approaching, I thought I'd have K-O watch another classic kangaroo-related cartoon. This time, it's the first episode of Joe Oriolo's "Felix the Cat" animated series from 1959: "The Magic Bag!" The episode that introduces Felix's titular bag and his newest foe, the Professor! In a nutshell, the Professor wants Felix's magic bag for the first time, and kidnaps and shrinks the cat so he can have the bag, with his robot guard on duty. But here we learn Felix has a live kangaroo living in his bag that is able to defeat the robot with his boxing skills and big tail, and helps Felix back to normal size. The kangaroo also speaks gibberish, for some reason.
