Light Bros. inhabit Staria and are the originators of Cloud travel.

As master of the clouds, the can make fog to hinder attacks and use Cloud Nine to boost evasiveness of allies. In means of attacks, they can summon clouds to strike lightning down and throw Spiny Eggs at their opponents. They co-exist with the Lakitus in Nimbus Land like cities and towns built on clouds.
