Quite a few years ago now, a wolf (or pack of wolves), made the people of Gevaudan it's prey.
The Beast killed hundreds of people in it's reign of terror and out-foxed many-a hunter before the killings finally stopped.

The Beast of Gevaudan has given rise to many myths, including the beast being a supernatural monster, a werewolf, a hyena, a man in wolf skins and more.

My main motivation behind drawing this was; wolfaboos.

I'm honestly really sick of the whole Pro-wolf Vs. Anti-wolf "war" going on and I'm just as fed up of the "wolfaboos" claiming wolves are magical happy fairy spirit beings as I am of the people claiming they hate wolves just because they're a popular animal.

The common argument of a wolfaboo is that "wolves have never killed a human" which will often change in the face of proof otherwise to healthy wolves etc.
BUT the fact remains - wolves are dangerous predators and they HAVE killed people.

You claiming wolves are some kind of special super being that won't kill people is stupid and annoying.

I love wolves, to the point that I'm sure many would class me as a "wolfaboo", but half the point of loving an animal and campaigning for it's conservation is understanding it.
Treating wolves like innocent little puppy dogs is ridiculous.
They're dangerous. They're born killers, it's what they've evolved to be.
Learn about what you're drooling all over before you go making even more of an ass of yourself.
