I did draw this in summer thinking of autumn, so now felt like the appropriate time as it approaches. It's strange how you can just feel the change, not just in temperature. The air is crisper, the sky seems clearer, the sun's rays of light and the cast of shadows are just... different. And of course there's the warm, beautiful colors of fall foliage [which is what Athos's fur color is based on].
Funny thing is, I could never tell if I like the feeling or not.

Peace, sigh, personally it seems out of reach. But nonetheless thank you so much for such a thoughtful comment. ❤️ It is true, every season creates different feelings and response for each person. I'm glad the Earth was given a tilt, it sure makes life... more interesting for better or worse [but mostly better].
I guess it's true that I pour myself into each drawing, even if it takes me longer it doesn't really matter to me anymore [like speed or "must finish"]. All the better as I am able to envelope myself and spend more time with the character and subject at hand. I'm happy it's appreciated by lovely people like you and especially knowing I am able to engage others in some way or another. That's frankly amazing to me. Thank you, Heston.
Ugh, yeah for some people it's impossible not to catch a cold at least once. Although in this case it's more... psychological rather than physical. Nonetheless some forests become breathtakingly beautiful especially around the New England area, worth a visit I'd say.

Sera porque uno no espera ver alguien grande y fuerte ensenar un lado vulnerable.
Aun estoy tan indeciso con su diseno, que si la mancha, que si la mordida del oido, que si la colita del cabello...etc. Creo que no mas lo dibujare como guste al momento de dibujar.
La verdad creo que nadie se fijo jaja. Solo es la cancion que andaba escuchando mucho mientras lo dibujaba especialmente porque el dibujo compartia el sentimiento de la musica.
