Wacky, eccentric, extrovert, high energy.

Originally from 1349 Europe, Eda is a failed travelling entertainer who took to conning and thievery.

Formerly human, she was cursed by an entire town after she told incredibly offensive jokes about the 'black death' in Europe. How tone-deaf!

Turned into a young fox and banished, she's doomed to wander from village to village for survival. Entertaining is all she knows and her new body makes her skills next to useless (though it likely saved her from contracting the plague). Juggling? Playing lute? Impossible with paws. No one will even watch her out of fear of her curse being contagious.

Forced to steal to survive as she has no hunting experience, Eda starts to con travelers and steal from markets. As the years pass she gets quite good at her craft.

Eda eventually gets lost in the black forest of Germania and happens across Koko the dragoness, who takes pity on the fox. Eda is entranced by the dragoness' jewelry and quickly latches onto her like a super-fan, attempting to impress the dragoness and catch her attention with every chance she gets.

Koko, knowing that the fox obviously just sees her as a mark doesn't mind and is greatly amused by her antics and crudeness. Maybe the dragon will let her tag along.
