Eto-nia (shortened, Eto) is a hacker that likes to show off his exploits to national news. Despite the publicity of his stunts, the police are never able to catch him. His attacks are random, ranging from occurring subsequently for a whole week, or radio silence for months. Meticulous and destructive, yet seemingly never destructive enough to completely topple the organizations he's after. Perhaps he's no punk, but merely a pawn for one of the corporations.
Manufactured fear to construct a form of scarcity? Well, manufactured fear is putting it incorrectly — his actions have killed fur folk.
