Cool, i have a red knee pretty much the same age and size and i have handled her although she dosent really like it.
Have u never tryed to handle her atall? have u had her all them 7 years?
Shes plenty big anough to feed pinkies but an alult mouse u may find she wont eat it all but it never hurts to try just make sure u remove any uneaten left overs.
