A little early for Halloween adopt but meh, So here's another Half-Shiny Pokémon idea for sale this time Spooky edition.

Side note: Because the shiny Gengar is barely noticeable than the original Gengar, so what I'll be doing is based it on the shiny Mega Gengar to make a total difference.
