[BNHA] Dragoness Jirou
Heya! Here's Jirou Kyouka finally done, she's a typical dragon. Her quirk is breathed as a super sonic and slither sound through her throat and her devices on the wings, she has two "ear plugs" more as two tails. Her colors comes from being very close to a wind dragon, same as her thin design, also as being a "sound dragon" she has big ear membranes as ears than actually horns and spikes. The red parts are painted.
