Aand at last! Da Baby has now colouring!
Yes is just the first ever art I drew of them but with colours, but if it works it works.
Been thinking hard about the colouring and played around with it until fully satisfied and this very much feels right.
Name: Da Baby
Species: Mini Siren, deepsea variant
pronounce: he/they/it
Age: 27 years
Length: 6 feet
Diet: Carnivore, does not take well to plant based food.
Tidbits:
- Dayblind, they see best in lowlight conditions by bio-luminescence. Daylight does not hurt their eyes but leaves them blind until the light has lowered.
- Can unhinge jaws and expand throat to swallow small prey whole.
- Nervous of nature, takes a while to earn trust. Screams whenever startled, scared, nervous, upset, feeling awkward and/or confused. Its screaming sounds like an upset huskie.
- Not a fish despite the appearance, the Ocean AU sirens are reptile and don't have gills. As deepsea variant, Da Baby can hold its breath up to 4 days before having to breach the surface for air.
- Believes anything bigger than itself is a predator that's going to eat it. Anything roughly same size and too big to fit in its mouth, it's mostly just nervous around until figured out of it's a danger or not.
