It's another peaceful day at the city, as we find our friends hangin' around, minding their own business, until...
???: Excuse me, sir dragon, but, do you have the time?
Skyler: Oh, sure! It's 8:20 a.m.
???: Thank you.
Skyler: You're welcome, sir--
As he looks at the stranger's face, he gasp at a sight with a feeling he meet this fellow before...
Skyler: No way...are you...by any chance...Bongo?
???: As in: Benjamin Oliver Newman George Oldhaus? Yup, that's me. Did we meet before?
Skyler: No, but, I heard about you and your fantastic career in the movies of the golden era...I can't believe it, it's really you!
Soon, the people walking around start to notice his presence as well, astonished in seeing a familiar face after 20 years!...Unbelievable!
Yes, folks, it's him, the one and only: Bongo from Microsoft 3D Movie Maker!
Brought to you by Lemurboy12 and SAB64.
For those they born and grew up in the '90s, the 3D computer animation was still a fresh innovating idea that Lasseter and his colleagues brought to existance in the late '70s.
Since then, the 3D computer begun to appear in all medias, with Tron, becoming the World's first 3D computer animated film.
Then, Pixar Animation Studios came and brought plenty of 3D animated shorts until 1995, the year Toy Story came out in theathers, and the rest became history.
At that year, Microsoft introduce Windows 95, the first operational system (OS) to feature a video acceleration support, with 3D Movie Maker, one of several 3D computer products to demostrate it's capacity.
Till' to this day, fans continue making animation with this program regardless of being oudated with nowadays 3D animation programs like DAZ Studio, MMD (right here, right now!), Cinema 4D, Blender and more, this program's still used, thanks to mods that permits users add more content to the game that Microsoft never bother to.
And I'm one of them who use this program, since I saw it for the first time with the CD Sampler.
With Bongo here, would we see the rest of the 3D Movie Maker actors, stages and such? Only the time can tell.
You should look at it too, you may like it and try it! It at least work in Windows 10, you can find some help at the internet on how to make it work.
Hope you all like it!
