A boy named Baxter has won a contest to view Redblur's collection of items and power-ups. He could invite one friend to come with him so he choose Lily. When they meet Redblur and Morph they thought the items will be fake, but upon seeing them they found out to be real. Super Mushroom from Super Mario, rings from Sonic the Hedgehog, and even the legendary RYNO from Ratchet & Clank. Baxter and Lily were starstruck, however, Redblur left out one little detail. These items are actually defective. They are so broken that Redblur has to go to each world and take it so no one will use them. However, Baxter accidentally fires a defected love beam ray from Ape Escape at Lily and before long she was smooching on Morph's lips. Redblur promise Baxter that the effects will wear off... eventually.
