In the Ninsegtion Kingdom, you learn that there is always danger around every corner. Even in space, the Galactic Federation Force finds more problems in that kingdom than any place in the galaxy. So it's kind of rare to see protectors resting or taking a nap. Sometimes villains are sick, or mainly due to it being a slow day. Either way, people sure rest while they can as danger or quests could appear in a heartbeat.
