So the lizard is actually a robot!
Very cool.
Here's one with rotors on too:

I absolutely love the direction you've taken with her. Don't listen to anyone who can't appreciate representations of your true feelings and kinship.
I sorta figured a being that didn't develop biologically wouldn't have the same psychology [can't feel pain, doesn't eat or sleep, other differences].
Hm what do you mean with the last part? You think there are people who don't like robots? :S
I thought for sure I read somewhere that you mentioned making the change to your 'sona and not being sure if other people would enjoy that direction. But I can't find that now. I have unfortunately seen some people drop their android characters (or the synthetic part of them) because other people didn't like them as much. So it makes me very happy to see robot reveals with otherwise lifelike androids that can blend in visually but still be very different mentally, in all the right ways. :D
My char will still be pretty humanoid in personality, to be something somewhat comprehensible, I think that's a reasonable compromise.
Oh and you're right, a lot of people thought this change wasn't interesting or necessary, but this is how I feel... I relate better to them now.
Excellent work with the reference sheet, at least we can learn more of Tial even if there's not the pleasure of being able to meet them in real life.
Shame we can't meet in irl, true
