Felix was experiment 010 in Stitch the Animated Series, illegally created by Jumba to clean his ship but he got out of control, escaped the ship and ran amok. A delightful character design, he was my favorite of the many experiments. His name is derived from Felix Ungar from TV series "The Odd Couple", this is made obvious when, after a glitch in his programming he temporarily becomes "Oscar (Madison)" from the same series, making a mess everywhere.
