Now it’s time for more the traveling buddies:

As the night falls, everyone at the forest sleep peacefully, all except Fox.
After being held hostage, Fox can’t forget the threatening words of Wolf: “If you think you and your friends may leave the forest, consider your request denied. We’ll get you next time, and no salvation for you then.”
Fox: Why this has to happened to me? Have I…?
Suddenly, Link and Jerald comes out to the balcony, concerned.
Link: You ok, buddy?
Fox: No, it’s nothing, really…
Jerald: No, I don’t believe it, after what happened this morning, you can’t hide the truth from us. You’re still concerned that Wolf would come back and keep you hostage forever?
Fox: Yeah…if only I knew this was going to happen, I would rather join Typhoon and Serena in their travels.
Link: No one knew this was going to happen.
Fox: Maybe it’s for the best the two of you go on without me, when you’re ready, you can go and continue the travels without me.
Jerald: No, we don’t, Fox, we’re not leaving you behind!
Fox: But—
Jerald: No buts, Fox! Listen, just because that stinky mutt tells you what to do gives him zero authority for that, you’re our traveling buddies, and we’ll leave the forest whenever we want, together, the three of us! So, if either him, or that arctic dork, or that pirate knucklehead, or that fox or even that wolf guy tries to stop you, remember, we’re here for you, and we’ll teach them a listen they won’t forget!
Link: Jerald’s right, buddy, being a forest buddy, won’t let him stop you, we’ll be back home when time comes, and we’ll return, together, got it?
Fox: *Sniffle* Thank you, guys! I wouldn’t know what to do without you…
Jerald then brings the walkie-talkie Wil E. Coyote gave them to Fox, and calls Typhoon for more comfort.
Typhoon: Fox? Fox, are you there?
Fox picks up the walkie-talkie.
Fox: Right here.
Typhoon: My dear forest buddy, I heard everything from Link, and I’m deeply sorry what you gone through, listen, whatever happens, don’t listen to that idiot, you and your friends have rights to go wherever you want to and leave whenever you want to, got it?
Fox: You’re right, Typhoon I forced you to talk to me.
Typhoon: Nonsense, buddy! Whenever you need me, talk to me anytime, we’re buddies, just like you are with Jerald, Link and the others. Tell you what, me and Serena will be passing around here tomorrow, sounds good?
Fox: Sure, that’ll be nice!
Typhoon: Excellent, looking forward for. Now, Jerald, Link, promise me you protect him and prepare him when time comes?
Link: Got it!
Jerald: No problem! You can count on us!
Typhoon: Wonderful, rest well, everyone, including you, Fox. Remember, leave the sadness behind and enjoy the freedom you have, let your friends help you and let’s beat the evil together!
Fox: Yeah!
And so, after the conversation’s over, our trio returns to their beds, as Jerald gives company to Fox until he finally falls asleep. Tomorrow, the fun continues, we’ll see what’s going to happen in this forest as we continue the story.
