Been a while since I last drew Edger so it's definately time to do a new pic of him. This time when he's a bit older.
Edger smirked to himself as he flew over his home town of Denshire Falls. It was Saturday and Edger had a plan for today. Towards the end of school last week everyone's least favorite monitor Lizard had decided to spend the day picking on his bearcoon friend Ricky. At the end of the day Slen even roughed him up a bit. Edger being one for pranks had to get Slen back for this. Usually Edger would do something more tasteful and intricate. But He wanted to act quickly with his vengeance and this was a very simple and easy means of payback. Armed with a sack full of used diapers Edger flew around town a bit until he spotted his target. Slen was walking on his own this day. Where too Edger didn't know. But as he approached the right spot to drop from he was certain of one thing. If those used diapers weren't taped up well Slen would be messy and smelly when he arrived. Bombs away! Look out Below!

Well I don't have a digital tablet so I sketch everything out on paper first. Then I ink it with an ultra fine point sharpie, Then scan, convert to black and white image, open in paint and use the bendy line too to go over it in a different color, once done i remove all the black leaving the colored line art which I then fill with black so it's set up. Then I use GIMP to color the picture and add a background. Though sometimes I do draw in at least parts of my own back ground. But I have an easier time using the tools in GIMP to make the background. The Pen tool being chief amongst them.
