Actually, Lance was not drafted. He was signed by the Alphas after the draft. Players are only considered drafted if they are selected on draft night. Sadly, no one picked Lance, but he was fortunate that the Alphas still needed a guard.

To say nothing of the fact that in the picture, the game takes place in Albany, and yet I think they were in Newark that night. :P
