PARTY MEMBERS:
Arlex - A Grovyle whose body is weak and in tatters from the last battle, but he's alive and his injuries will slowly heal.
Rae - A Luxray who survived his last battle with only a few mild injuries.
Azul - An Absol whose nightmares never seem to end. He's been pursuing the human trainers for some time, and apparently found the aftermath of the previous chapter's battle.

OPPONENTS:
Maxei - A human trainer who was last seen heading deep within the mountain. His true motives are unknown, but they can't be good.

NPCs:
Jatea - A Jolteon who was recently released from his human master Arcei. But his loyalty is undying, which is why he's still sitting at the precise spot where they parted ways.
