Had a very strong urge to draw a Lugia... Looks like he quite enjoys his weight... and sees you eyeing him, squishing his soft belly, inviting you to feed him some... The sign clearly says its okay too, so why not give him some treats?
Still doing some of them birthday things. I am still working on commissions in between, but this was done during down time at work and waiting out traffic. I'm really pleased with the way Lugia's shape came out and the shading. For only taking 90 mins, I'm super happy with this piece.
