Damn, Oshawott part 2?
I think somebody has a new favorite pokemon...

I really love the fur design you gave to Oshawott instead of the supposed smooth skin, makes her look fluffier and cuter too.
One thing I will mention is how she's supposedly missing the shell around the tummy (bosom? Unless that scepter is her shell substitute, which I don't mind.)

Yeah the shell is the scepter she carries.

I think her neck piece is cute and makes me think it's a soft place to hug :3

As for general drawing advice, I would use more reference and study styles more in your work! I feel like you have a pretty consistent style, but the problem with consistency is you won't continue to develop your skills :o
Maybe study some other creators who you love the works of, you experiment a lot with the pokemon you draw which is awesome! But don't be afraid to experiment with new body types or anatomy styles :>

This is so cute!! I love how fluffy you made her instead od the usual smooth-skinned oshawott, maybe the neckpiece looks a bit large, but anatomy-wise I think you hit the spot for a shortstack look!
