You got it wrong,
I said IF YOU WANTED TO MAKE somrthing a legit sparkle dog, or sparkle whatever,
Then you have to INTENTIONALLY make one.
I have a very colorful fursona i don't use much, but she isnt a SPARKLE dog.
You have to perposely make them a SPARKLE dog, for them to BE one.
Otherwise it's just a colorful fursona.
