Ever since seeing All Dogs Go To Heaven I've always fancied riding a nice toony doggy, and after finding balto's sketch of a Cherlie-like German Shepherd I decided I needed to draw myself riding a nice dog. I wasn't originally intending for this pic to be of Charlie--it was just going to be a random German Shepherd--but after coloring it I decided to try and see if I could make him more like Charlie. Couldn't get the face quite right through. Oh well. Learned some things about how to draw dogs with this pic though.

Also fancied riding Scooby Doo. Donno why he didn't get ridden more often. He was certainly large enough Shaggy sometimes does briefly in those new movies. At my WBSS store there was a large Scooby statue kids could sit on and pose for pictures. Now that I've drawn Charlie, though, I know Scooby wouldn't look as fun.
I have a few Charlie Model sheets on my animation art collections web site. check the all dogs go to heaven and all dogs 2 sections and you will find them there. I can aslo draw charlie very well too. Check out my animation art collection web site:
