A stable is just like a team, its not like Smackdown or Raw since that's an entire brand. I haven't watched WWE in long time but it would be like DX, Evolution or group like that is what a stable is.

Man, this brings back memories. I stopped watching wrestling a long time ago, though. The nWo was truly a stable that people loved to hate. And Hogan's defection to them was one of the biggest heel turns ever. Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and of course Hollywood Hulk Hogan were the core of the nWo.

And my favorite matchup? Hogan vs Sting at Starrcade '97
