I found this incredible photo of Petri short after one show of Ensiferum and Children Of Bodom I went to - and had TONS of fun there; I was like: "I just gotta do this". Usually when I think this to myself of a picture, I eventually do it.
That's for my brother actually, Ensiferum is one of his favourite bands.
On the technical side, I tried to add some subtle colour accent here - first, because his eyes on the photo are so strikingly blue that it would be a shame to draw them fully B&W (and, besides, I couldn't resist), and second, because I've been thinking of something like that for quite a time now. The black marks are also made with colour pencil so that they differ slightly from the background. Hope you like it, it was an experiment and - to me - it was very successful.
