For the more 'public' variant of the dai-nymf world, we have a different western imperial. This one's kind of an idiot but they're good at their task as imperial. The culture on choosing the next in line isn't as 'royally inclined' there is no royal family in that sense, imperials are chosen based on a variety of tests and observations
