So basically, despite being a Princess, Saida has to spend 100 years working under a Flock Leader, then after that, she gets to lead her own Flock, but still working under the Sky Council. Then after another 100 years of working under them, she can become part of them. And then there are how many more steps after that till she can just say "I'm making it Rain here, deal with it."
Imagine doing several lifetimes worth of work, just to be able to finally be able to do as you please. Sounds like a trash life
