There exists a realm known as the ‘Tooniverse’, a place created by the spirit of a disgruntled cartoonist who managed to be gifted special powers that allowed him to create such a realm. A place where toons exist, full of various ‘instances’ and mini realms that feature a wide variety of styles and themes.

One strange property of the Tooniverse is that it possesses the capability of reaching out and pulling unsuspecting mortals from other worlds into it, shifting the victim and merging them with a ‘concept’ to turn them into a cartoon character existing within their own instance. For all intents and purposes, they are ‘Toonekai’d.’

Such was the fate for Shia, who would find himself taking on the role of a cute little pig girl by the name of Rose Hips. Rose Hips was the apprentice and adopted daughter to one of the world’s greatest chefs, a cookie lady by the name of Kumara. ‘She’ would quickly discover that the world she was in revolved heavily around food, in both normal and extraordinary ways.

She would also briefly meet The Cartoonist, who manifested in a rather... strange and cute form.
