It's the most recent design for Zeex Foxia, my cryomancer Arctic Fox. That thing around her neck is an injector, so it injects cool air into her body in order to keep her cold. The thing is, for those who do not know, Zeex has a condition where she needs to be in cooler environments, so whenever she needs to get out into a warmer place, she will need to put that collar on in order for her body to have that chill air.
