RECAP:
Arlex was suddenly attacked by a Crobat after a bit of forest training while en route to the Wind Sanctuary, and the only reason he's still alive if because of his quick wits and quicker agility. Apparently the bat was ordered to kill him by its human trainer, but Rae and Flarea ultimately came to Arlex's rescue, explicitly threatening to kill it should they see the beast again.

PARTY MEMBERS:
Arlex - He's a bit tired at this point, and seems to have slept half the day off to recover his strength.
Father - Arlex's father is a Charizard.
Rae - A Luxio with a taste for feathers, bats, and anything else that flies.
Flarea - A Flareon from the Fire Sanctuary.
Nija - A Ninjask from the Earth Sanctuary, who fights primarily using her Shedinja shell.
Azul - An Absol who is driven on by nightmares and ill omens. He was critically wounded in a previous chapter, and is currently chasing a second human trainer on his own.
