You heard the man!
Ok... for some actual context to this... I've been going through a low patch recently where my mental state has just been in the gutter (mostly because my brain just hates me I guess) and I've been struggling to draw again as a result... so I've been spending time trying to get myself back up... and this was a result of my trying to draw things again...
If you're wondering... no... I have no idea who the Totalitarian Tickle Authority are... it was literally just a name I randomly came up with for the pic... though depending... may do something with it in future...

always a good way to get back into the swing of things is to restrain some feets! :3c fheheh, a fun little banner for sure, I can see this being a fun lil 'world' to like explore, try and 'fight back' against an authority that wants to restrain and torment all feet, fhehe. My take on this is that they are this robot empire looking organic creatures to tickle, using the excess of laughter from their anthro prisoners to power their reactors. Basically Skynet going the path of Warhammer's Slennesh
