i made this oc around Feb and i wanted to make him cool!
Neo was meant to be an adult cat but it's a kitten now,
Neo really likes to throw Pokemon cards at people sometimes
but he hates being wet, Neo was based off a prodigy pet with an ice element!
the ice element pet was ice neek but i changed his design
to him having legs and a better design, also his stomach color changes!

what i meant by "also his stomach color changes!" is when he feels sad or mad,
he likes to be called stripes and Kat!
he is 10 and is weak at fighting
he's a kitty that eats leftovers sometimes
