Though there is a boot leg market of small portions of the Nanites Plus
It's usually heavily regulated, but that doesnt stop general populace getting ahold of it.
You can buy a VERY small portion of Nanites Plus for home use, but they're programed to only work for short amount of times, and you need to get special permission to even buy it
Home use can include: Kid's birthday party bouncy castles or home construction jobs
Some companies have made a market of renting out Elstiqs with Nanites Plus as well
