Long time ago I debated about making a 2nd Cybeast after Zalama. Never did, but... Now I got this idea off the back burner.
So now Zalama has a partner.

Legend: A long time ago, they say the great dragon Zalama was not alone in its mission to keep Falzar & Gregar at bay should they ever awaken. The stories proved to be true as on the ground, the great dragon had a powerful ally. A mighty dinosaur, who in itself was a cybeast made by the same man who gave birth to Zalama. ...Cybeast Rexxar. Its stomps were strong enough to shake the net as it made its presence known and its mighty jaws devour all unfortunate enough to be captured by the beast's sharp teeth. Though Rexxar was vicious to a fault, it still used its might to protect the net, not destroy it. It is said that Rexxar is fast asleep beside Zalama and should Falzar & Gregar awaken, the divine duo shall awaken to stop them.
Biography: Rexxar is a powerful cybeast created by Junichiro to act as a protector of the net alongside his other cybeast Zalama. Born of Junichiro's ultimate program, Rexxar itself was the original template for Zalama, but Juni felt that a dragon was the better fit for acting as the major cybeast to protect the netscape from the threat of Gregar & Falzar and so the T-Rex template was abandoned. For a time. Not one to let a project go to waste, Juni revisited the template & with some proper modifications, Rexxar was born & ready to see the world. One day, just before Lan & Hub were born, Gregar alone awoke from its slumber & tried to attack the netscape as it did before Falzar was made. However, Juni sent Rexxar out by itself to deal with Gregar. Although initially worried Rexxar would fly out of his control like Falzar, this did not come to pass as Rexxar, despite its violent behavior, maintained focus on keeping the netscape safe in addition to downing Gregar back into its slumber. Years later however, after Zalama was beaten down by a freshly reawakened Falzar & Gregar when it tried to seal them back, Rexxar was unleashed upon the two cybeasts in a last ditch attempt to seal them back. Unfortunately, Rexxar had very little experience in dealing with aerial opponents; something Falzar took complete advantage of & defeated the T-Rex cybeast. As CircusMan.EXE made off with half of both Falzar & Gregar, but ignoring Rexxar & Zalama (As they were unable to be captured), Rexxar; alongside Zalama, granted the usage of its power to Juni's navis & Iris.EXE with both receiving one half each from both cybeasts as their powers were too great for one navi to handle themselves. From there, Juni recollected his cybeasts & both were then placed into intensive care to recover from their injuries. By the time they were fully healed, they were all prepared to invade the new World 3 base, and both dragon & dinosaur were newly classified as Super Cybeasts as a result of the new power increase. When it was unveiled in the 2nd Pavillion Computer, the first thing Rexxar did was stomp JudgeMan.EXE flat; deleting him easily. It then joined its superior Zalama in battling Gregar & Falzar; being much better prepared for the latter in addition this time around, and it then helped in the battle against their fused form: The Super Cybeast Grezar. Unfortunately, History repeated itself on Wily and Grezar, having grown too powerful for him to control, quickly broke out of Wily's command and went on a rampage in the real world, starting with Cyber City. In response, Rexxar & Zalama were sent after the Super Cybeast with the intent not to seal it away, but to destroy it. With Rexxar's help, Grezar was ultimately destroyed by Zalama's newest move: The Divine Enforcer, thus ending the threat of Falzar & Gregar once and for all, and earned their creator the honorary of being hailed a hero. These days now, Rexxar sleeps alongside Zalama in Juni's homepage, but is always called upon when its powers are needed. Rexxar is loyal & caring to those it views as its allies & friends. However, whereas Zalama is benevolent & calm, Rexxar is known to be extremely violent, though this makes sense as it is after all, a Tyrannosaurus Rex. Though it technically doesn't need to eat, Rexxar will not turn down offerings of meat programmed into its vicinity. If there's one dislike Rexxar shares with Zalama, it's a dislike for rude people.
Abilities: Rexxar, being a Cybeast, possesses immense power, but it uses its might to protect & safeguard the net due to it having a stable mind despite Rexxar's violent behavior on the battlefield. In fact, one could potentially infuse Rexxar with power from the Saurian OOPart, and it'd still have a stable mindset. This is due to the fact that it went to sleep to undergo mental testing for a long time before being sent out to fight and/or calm the Cybeasts. Also due to the fact is that it possessed a unique ultimate program that Juni himself is the proud owner of (This same ultimate program is used in the other navis Juni's made). Rexxar is at home on land as it is strong enough to make long treks across the netscape, as evident when it was first used to put an escaping Gregar back into its slumber in the underground. However, Rexxar is more at home fighting on the ground and at first, had a very hard time fighting foes who're airborne. This was best evident when it was sent in a last ditch effort to put Falzar & Gregar back into their slumber before CircusMan.EXE could capture the two cybeasts (An effort that ended in failure). Like Zalama, Rexxar does not like engaging in pointless fights. In fact, one swipe from the dinosaur's tail can be enough to delete a navi's HP down to 25% if unprepared. In addition: It can even share its power with other navis on its own accord as it shared some of its power with Juni's navis & Iris when it had to be put to sleep for a while in order for its wounds to be healed. Like Zalama, Rexxar chooses to distribute its power to others this way. Despite not being completely god-like itself, it's still immensely powerful as it comes with the risk of the navi being deleted instantly should Rexxar tried to be installed to it in its entirety. As a result of this, only the initial Beast Out transformation is permitted. Super Beast Out is impossible as attempting to do so will make the user delete themselves before it can be used. Upon awakening however, its power had sky rocketed to the point its classification was now officially a super cybeast and was able to help Zalama dominate Grezar with supreme ease. In battle, Rexxar is fierce & is always stomping about making rocks fall down onto its foe's side. However, its true strength lies within its jaws. Like with all tyrannosaurs, it's all about the bite for Rexxar. Its bite is powerful enough to shave an immense amount of HP from stronger netnavis & instantly delete weaker ones who're unprepared for the mighty dino's power. All of its biting attacks are breaking attribute as a result. Unlike Zalama however, Rexxar is not capable of speech, so its mood can only be read through its body language. When beasting out with Rexxar's power, it grants Super Armor & a +60 attack bonus to non-dimming null-type attack chips. Its chip charge attack is Dino Swipe instead of a claw attack. And like Zalama Beast Out, it lasts 5 turns instead of 3 and Beast Over cannot be initiated. Its abilities & attacks are as follows.
Super Armor: Rexxar cannot flinch.
Status Guard: Rexxar is immune to all status ailments except for counter induced paralysis.
Dino Skin: Whenever Rexxar is not moving, it may toughen its skin up to reduce all damage done to it by half. The ability drops once Rexxar starts to move, or attack.
Sharp Snap: Rexxar's basic attack. It snaps its jaws 2 squares deep.
Giant Bite: Rexxar targets the panel in front of it before extending up one whole column before launching a vicious bite down that range.
Dino Stomp: Rexxar stomps down onto a targeted 3x3 range, destroying any barriers & aruas instantly regardless of damage. Breaking Attribute.
Dino Swipe: Rexxar swings its tail in a 2x3 range, destroying the first loaded chip an enemy has. Breaking attribute.
Fire Fang: Rexxar alights its fangs in fire & bites down 3 squares deep. Fire-Type.
Ice Fang: Rexxar turns its fangs into ice & bites down, again, 3 squares deep. Aqua-Type. May freeze the opponent.
Thunder Fang: Rexxar electrifies its fangs and, again, bites 3 squares deep. Electric-Type. Causes Paralysis.
Mud Fang: Rexxar turns its fangs into a muddy brown & actually digs into the same 3 square range as the other 3 fang attacks as it bites down, leaving behind mud panels if it does not bite a victim. Wood-Type.
Head Smash: Rexxar rears its head back & smashes it into the targeted panel. This creates shockwaves in a + fashion if it misses. Breaking attribute.
Monstrous Crunch: Rexxar targets 7 squares before launching down with a very powerful bite that will instantly delete any weak navis that are unfortunate enough to meet Rexxar's jaws.
Giga Rex: Rexxar's ultimate attack. First, Rexxar stomps the battlefield constantly, making many rocks fall down onto random panels. Then, it slashes down 3 panels wide twice before finishing the attack with a huge bite that digs down a whole 3x3 area. The bite deals the worst damage & can potentially delete enemies instantly if their health is low enough.
