Actually yes : I checked and apparently the Monty Python did a mix of English and French...
They use an English verb ( to fetch = « aller chercher ») with a French form ( une terminaison en -ez) so => « fetchez » !
Correctly, the sentence should be « Allez chercher la vache ! »
But, in french, « fetchez » sounds like « faites chier »...
As many of the Monty Python know the French language, I guess the gag was on purpose...
