In this Image, it seems that Rajah, the tiger from "Aladdin" must have gotten his paws on some phenomenally cosmical and powerful item, which in turn has turned him into a Titanic Sized Tiger!
With this new size and power, Rajah can use it to become Agrabah's Mountainous Guardian.
Jasmine seems super surprised and impressed by this, needing Carpet to get eye level with him.
So, here we have Rajah watching over Agrabah.
