Description: "Ne-ne- A tie-died neon little spunky thing, his colors almost seem to light up the spaces he sits. No known siblings of Ne-ne exist. As yet, he is one of a kind. He has had one owner before but was neglected because his colors hurt their eyes too much, so he repressed his colors to pastels until now. Once he knew he could find a new home, he lit up and quickly struck a pose. He's a rehome and could use an especially understanding and sweet owner. <3"
