I had an idea for this one and I think I'm pretty happy with this came out.
As for the bio I was still kinda experimenting on because I've been trying to come up with some different ways to make up a bio story and a little more bio on my character. If anyone has any suggestions because comment here. That would be awesome if you guys could. Anyway hope you like him^^

Ethnicity: English (has a bit of a German side)
Ability: Inner Focus

Grade: Junior
Hair: Average blond
Hometown: Saffron City
Residence: PCA dorm
Family: father, Keith Theodor (Electivire, 45), mother, Svenja Theodor (Kadabra, 44)
Personality: Very smart, brave, impatient (rare sometimes), a bit naïve sometimes, and sometimes a bit observant
Hobbies: Battling, reading and studying, designing, training, hanging out anyway.
Leo isn’t an ordinary Alakazam.
He always knew for a fact he was strong mentally but he also wanted to be strong physically as well. His father, who works in a gym in Saffron, decided to train him at a certain age. His mother however couldn’t train him physically but did train him mentally during her time off a baker in the city. Paying attention to both his parents at the time at the time he was younger he gained much experience and knowledge.
At the age of 15 he was accepted into the PCA in Viridian City.
