For outfits, tbh Manny doesn't have like a common outfit, and I would find boring drawing them with just one, or a pair, so, think of an outfit like in Totally Spies, the girls change clothes mostly constantly, Manny too... just without being a spy... maybe (?
If you wanna know what species of dog Manny is, he's mixed, between a Chihuahua, German Shepherd, Border Collie, Xoloitzcuintle and Golden Retriever. No he isn't a franken dog, he's modular and can swap body parts, but not a frankenstein dog
