You should see a button to the right, just under your info in the right column. "Edit Submission Info" and I think you'll be good!
Also, I see that your address isn't a link anymore. An easy fix! Just put this in front [-url] and [/-url] in back of it. Oh and remove the dashes from those two examples. They're there just so they'll show up as examples!
