The Silent Killer

Just as Jack was about to open the car door, he notice a person standing in the shadows of an building. As he locked closer at the person he noticed that it was a girl, but it was quite odd to find girls along this street.
His partner came out from the old pub and started to talk to him. They talked for some minutes before driving off.
Around 00:09 they got a call that someone had found some few remainings of a body in an alley. Not to far away from the old pub they had just visited about 5-8 min ago. Jack drived to the place as fast as he could, lucky for him the streets were pretty empty at night time. Soon they arrived at the crime place. Being first at the crime scene gave Jack and Tony time to look after suspected persons.
As Tony wandered off alone, further into the dark alley, it almost feelt as someone were stareing at him. Following each of his foot steps as he walked into the dark alley.
"Tony!" Jack shouted.
"What?!" Tony asked.
"Don't wander off to far, the one who killed this poor guy might still be around here somewhere!" Jack replied.
"Don't worry about me old Jack!" Tony said and chuckled a bit for himself.
Without knowing it, his time would soon come to an end as he walked deeper into the shadows. Before he even got an chanse to turn on his flashlight, he hear a sound hehind his back and saw a shadow behind him.
"AAaaaahhhh!!!!!"
A loud scream was heard from the alley, Jack took his eyes away from the dead body parts and turned towards the dark alleyway.
"Tony! he shouted, worried that his partner might been attacked by the killer.
He hurried to the place as fast his legs could carriey him and started to look around after him. Screaming his name.
"Tony! Tony where are you?!"
He started to get quite nervous as no one replied to his call.
Suddenly someone grabbed his left shoulder and said:
"Don't worry old man! It was only a crow that scared the hell out of me! heheh!"
At first Jack just stared surprised at him, then he got a bit angry and said:
"This is no joke boy! A killer is on the loose, and you got me worried to death! I thought that you already had been murdered by that killer and torn apart into pices!"

Im in the need of some help to figure out what kind of way one or both of the cops should die and i would be much happy if anyone would leave a comment with an idea or more.
