It's a wirefeed welder so the OC voltage will only be around 40 volts.... Now if she had an older Stick welder it's more like 75 to 80 volts.... BUT it only take 1/3 of an amp to kill you.... and she has a couple of hundred Amps at hand.... I think He's toast!
WIth that being said I wonder where she will try to strike and arc first?
