There's a story related to this. Maraia knows Estim's tendencies to build random machines to assist people with their problems in the real world. The problem sometimes is a case of whether the problem being fixed actually exists, let alone needs fixing and with the machine Estim constructed.

To that end: Estim built an automated soda dispenser. You choose the flavor you want, the soda sends down an empty container and fills it to your liking. A bit like coffee machines, really, but working exclusively for soda. The formula used here is based on something Estim devised so . . . that explains Maraia's reaction.
