I wanted to post this along with Leomon, but I screwed up with the sketch. It was my very first try to draw Leodore Lionheart from Zootopia (C) Disney.

Leodore was more of a sleazy politician and not entirely a bad guy, so maybe this is part of a commuted sentence for him. Less time in jail but a degree of public humiliation, bound and gagged and at the mercy of any whom might pass by and decide to subject him to belly rubs or tickles. It might also teach him a little humility and allow him to reflect on the mistakes he made.
WHOA!!! I am *SO* GLAD that you drew Lionheart like this!!! :D He's so big and handsome and elegant, with that big poofy mane! While I'm not too fond of ball-gags, it still looks good on him. :D
Lol, I prefer this being "upcoming unpleasantries" while he's under arrest... because then he can be... "interrogated" by the tiger-cops.
